1)Click on the map to create a starting point and continue creating points around the area you want to select. You will see the shape take form after each click. You can remov point by clicking on the point. You should create points from left to right.

2) Once finished choose a name for your neighborhood between 4 and 16 characters long and click the save button. Special characters are not allowed and will be stripped from the name
